These terms cover the website only. Any work we do for you is covered by the quote and the contract you receive before the job starts. If these terms and a quote or contract say different things, the quote or contract applies.

What the site is for

The site tells you about the walls we build, where we work and how to ask for a quote. It is general information about concrete sleeper retaining walls, written from our own experience. It is not advice about your property.

Every site is different. Soil, drainage, what sits above the wall, your council's rules and the height of the wall all change what is needed. Please do not rely on anything here to decide how a wall should be built, or whether it needs council approval or an engineer. Ask us to look at it, or ask a licensed professional.

Asking for a quote

Sending us a quote request does not mean we have agreed to do the work. We only take on jobs that suit what we do, and we will tell you early if yours does not.

Please make sure what you send us is accurate, and that it is your own information or that you have permission to share it. That matters most on a boundary job, where the details of the property next door are not yours to give. If something you send us causes a claim against us because it was not yours to send, that is your responsibility rather than ours.
